If you are someone who is too lazy in the morning or if you don’t have time to prepare breakfast in the morning, then all you need to do is make this recipe at night and leave it in the fridge overnight. The next morning, your tasty and healthy breakfast is ready to be savoured. Made with banana, oats, almond milk, cocoa powder and honey, this sweet delight is the healthiest way to begin your day with!

Ingredients of Overnight Chocolate Oats

  • 2 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoon honey

Step 1 Mash the bananaRoughly chop the banana and add it to a bowl. Use a fork and mash well to make a paste.

Step 2 PreparationTo the same bowl, add oats, almond milk, honey, chia seeds and cocoa powder. Mix until combined well. Now transfer the mixture equally into two bowls.

Step 3 Leave overnightPlace the bowls in the fridge for 5 hours or overnight and have them in the morning.
